Job summary

One Safe Place Macon, an initiative of Crisis Line & Safe House Of Central Georgia, Inc., seeks a Child & Family Services Coordinator to oversee Camp HOPE Central Georgia and Pathways programming, provide child and family services coordination, and strengthen community partnerships. The role requires on-site work and collaboration with diverse agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in implementing the mission, vision, and priorities of One Safe Place Macon.
• Foster positive relationships with community partners and collaborative agencies.
• Participate in community meetings, outreach activities, and partnership events.
• Assist with development and implementation of child and family programming.
• Support leadership in developing policies, procedures, and operational practices related to child and family services.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and program documentation.
• Serve as a welcoming contact for individuals entering One Safe Place Macon with children or dependents.
• Assess needs of children and families and connect them with on-site services and resources.
• Coordinate Camp HOPE Central Georgia and Pathways programming and communications.
• Recruit, enroll, and retain Camp HOPE and Pathways participants; coordinate registrations and events.
• Recruit, screen, onboard, and retain volunteers; coordinate orientations and training.
