Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services related field or equivalent experience.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Criminal/Child Abuse clearance required by Montana.

Responsibilities

• Advocate, support, and guide youth and families in obtaining services.
• Maintain contact with other service providers to meet youth/family needs.
• Research community services to best meet the unique needs of youth and families.
• Collaborate with youth, family, and professionals to develop a treatment/service plan.
• Complete and maintain documentation per COA, Montana ARM's, contracts, and YBGR policies.
• Complete, submit, and verify accuracy of paperwork, including progress notes, while maintaining PQI and program viability.
