Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advocate, support, and guide youth and families in obtaining needed services including referrals, service plans, and monitoring services.
• Maintain contact with other service providers to ensure needs are met.
• Research community services to identify best options for youth and families.
• Collaborate with youth, family, and professionals to develop treatment/service plans and lead meetings.
• Complete and maintain documentation per COA, Montana ARM's, Contracts, and YBGR policies.
• Prepare, submit, and verify paperwork while ensuring PQI and program viability.
