Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance: Must pass background checks as required by the State of Montana.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services related field of study. A combination of experience and formal education may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Advocate, support, and guide youth and families in obtaining needed services including advocacy, assessing needs, referring to services, creating and implementing service plans, and monitoring services.
• Maintain contact with other service providers to ensure needs are met.
• Research services offered within the community to identify best matches for youth and families.
• Collaborate with youth, family, and professionals to develop treatment/service plans and lead treatment team meetings.
• Complete, update, and maintain documentation within COA, Montana ARM's, Contracts, and YBGR Policy.
• Submit and verify paperwork while maintaining PQI and program viability.
