Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program seeks a Treatment Coordinator to support youth and families in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area. The role focuses on case management, service coordination, and community-based interventions to promote safety, stability, and successful community living.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, 2 years direct service experience, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours, including some evenings, are expected to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related Human Services field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CBHCM or CBHCMS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and advocacy for youth and families.
• Coordinate services across mental health, medical, educational, and social supports.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services.
• Complete documentation and required training timely.
• Support family reunification and safety planning.
