Job summary

CWS is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to work with ORR-eligible youth and families, collaborating with local schools to provide basic needs support and foster engagement. You will help with enrollment, goal setting, and community partnerships to improve outcomes.

The role involves travel within the service area, coordinating with districts, and preparing regular reports while ensuring family understanding of attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in social work, education, psychology, sociology, or other behavioral science.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in case management with children and youth, plus experience with foreign-born populations.
• Excellent written and verbal English; knowledge of refugee languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Intensive Case Management program.
• Coordinate services with multiple school districts to meet student and family needs.
• Facilitate family/school orientations, registrations, and resource access.
• Maintain accurate client records and timely case notes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Support school enrollment and attendance through home visits.
• Develop case plans with goals and monitor progress.
• Travel within service area to meet clients and partners.
