Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field, experience in family advocacy, and must maintain certification in the Massachusetts CANS. The role includes working closely with various service providers and families to ensure effective support for youth facing serious emotional challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mental health field required.
• Experience advocating for family members in behavioral health systems.
• Certification in the Massachusetts CANS must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with agencies to support families.
• Develop and implement Individual Care Plans.
• Continuously communicate with clients and providers of services.

Skills

Experience navigating child/family-serving systems

Ability to advocate for families

Knowledge of a second language (Spanish, Vietnamese, Haitian Creole)

Education
