Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand is seeking a Maintenance Worker for Palm Beach Youth Academy in Palm Beach, Florida. The role focuses on general building maintenance, electrical repairs, drywall, painting, and related repairs to keep facilities safe and functional.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years old, and be able to pass a DCF background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Worker.
• Be empathetic, patient, and respectful.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a DCF background check, drug screen, TB test.

Responsibilities

• General building maintenance and minor electrical repairs.
• Repair drywall, paint, paneling, wallpaper, and flooring.
• Repair doors, locks, hardware and replace broken windows/screens.
• Minor plumbing, unclog drains, replace fixtures.
• Maintain smoke detectors, emergency lights, and climate-control systems.
• Grounds maintenance and irrigation as needed.
