Responsibilities

• Prepares meals for youths and staff according to menus and recipes.
• Maintains sanitary conditions and proper storage of food items.
• Coordinates meal delivery to detention facilities and ensures accuracy of orders.
• Monitors equipment and reports issues to the Food Service Manager.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation, and nutrition standards.
