Job summary

Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma seeks a Girl Experience Program Facilitator to develop and implement youth programs. You will recruit and supervise volunteers, ensure safety, and coordinate activities across centers, camps, and off-site locations.

The role requires knowledge of GSUSA programs, strong organizational skills, and a passion for youth development, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of program development experience with grades K-12.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Experience with program planning and volunteer management.
• Familiarity with GSUSA programs.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel as needed and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Girl Experience program activities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise adult volunteers.
• Maintain safety and security guidelines for all activities.
• Coordinate with program centers, camps, and off-site locations.
• Utilize CRM and data management tools to track outcomes.
• Support mission to build girls of courage, confidence and character.
