Qualifications

• Ability to assist with homework and distance learning.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire from a recognized authority.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering daily enrichment activities.
• Lead arts & crafts, cooking, science, engineering, sports, drama activities.
• Support students with online learning and homework completion.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
• Supervise participants and build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Adhere to YMCA dress code, conduct policy, and mission statement.
• Be flexible with daily schedule and ready for activities at shift start.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to program goals.
