Arc Experience is hiring Program Leaders to work after school in Los Angeles, CA. You will greet students, guide homework help, and lead enrichment activities in a supportive, inclusive environment.

We value one year in youth programs, strong communication, and the ability to create engaging clubs. This is a part-time, on-site role with an emphasis on safety and positive student development.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Strong communication skills with kids and parents.
• 48+ college credits or pass an academic proficiency exam.
• TB test and Live Scan background check required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Covid-19 vaccination documentation if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids at the end of the school day.
• Organize and lead activities including homework help and enrichment.
• Join in indoor and outdoor activities and lead clubs for students.
• Maintain a safe environment by following safety protocols.
