Job summary

YMCA of Stark County is seeking an Out of School Enrichment Coordinator to lead a welcoming, growth-focused program for children from Kindergarten through 6th grade at partner Stark County school locations.

The role requires delivering safe, engaging activities, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with licensing and quality standards while creating exceptional experiences for every child.

Qualifications

• OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or a related field.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• At least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead a welcoming program where every child feels safe, connected, and inspired to grow.
• Coach your team to create experiences that strengthen social-emotional skills and leadership.
• Champion program excellence by managing daily operations, licensing, and quality standards.
