Job summary

The YMCA of Central Stark County is seeking an Out of School Enrichment Coordinator to lead a safe, welcoming program for K-6 students at partner Stark County schools.

You will coach staff, strengthen social-emotional skills, and ensure high-quality daily operations while maintaining licensing and program standards. Shifts are Monday–Friday with early morning and late afternoon hours; starting pay is $15.65/hour.

Qualifications

• Requires OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree in education or related field.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED.
