Job summary

YMCA Stark County is seeking an Out of School Enrichment Coordinator to lead a welcoming, growth-focused program for Kindergarten through 6th grade at partner Stark County locations. You’ll coach staff to build social-emotional skills and ensure safe, high-quality experiences for every child.

Must have the appropriate endorsement or degree, pass a background check, and be 18+ with a HS diploma. Availability Monday to Friday, with AM & PM shifts, is required.

Qualifications

• Endorsement or CPL Level 3 or an associate degree in education or related field.
• Background check required for all applicants.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead a welcoming program where every child feels safe and inspired to grow.
• Coach the team to foster social-emotional skills and build confidence.
• Ensure daily operations meet licensing and quality standards.
