Job summary

YMCA of Greater Houston seeks an engaged staff member to deliver enrichment lessons and activities in a welcoming, inclusive setting. You will support youth development by planning, preparing, and implementing age-appropriate programs that foster growth and confidence.

In this role you will help maintain safe facilities, track attendance, and communicate professionally with families and center leadership while upholding YMCA core values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Experience in enrichment activities or youth programs preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares, and delivers enrichment lessons or activities.
• Creates safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapts instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Supervises children under site leadership.
• Follows YMCA policies and program standards.
