Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for youth and partners.
• Experience engaging youth and coordinating programs in human services.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration across DHS and partners.
• Ability to track information, data, and progress on initiatives.
• Knowledge of financial literacy and youth financial education preferred.
• Experience working with diverse youth and adults in respectful settings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit youth involved with DHS and keep them engaged in initiatives.
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, and documentation for programs.
• Maintain social media and other channels to support youth engagement.
• Collaborate with partners to plan and execute events and training activities.
• Provide administrative support for Youth Opportunities programming.
