Qualifications

• Five years of experience in human/social services, youth programming, or education fields or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong ability to work independently to achieve program objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs for teens and young adults contracted by the Office of Community Services.
• Monitor program deliverables and outcomes to ensure quality services and alignment with DHS strategy.
• Identify grant opportunities and report on funding streams for older youth initiatives.
• Represent DHS in local, state, and national youth forums.
• Coordinate cross-program efforts and collaborate with partners to implement programs.
