Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a Youth Development Professional for Pieper Hillside to assist in planning, organizing, and implementing programs that empower members to make healthy choices and build self-esteem. This role supports health, hygiene, anti-bullying and SEL initiatives in a welcoming environment.

The position emphasizes culture competency, leadership engagement, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid/SCAN_MART training within 6 months of hire.
• DCF-approved non-credit classes within 6 months of hire.
• Progression through Level 1-4 pay grades with related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing program activities aligning with curricula.
• Regularly gather member feedback to tailor activities to needs and interests.
• Follow BGCGM policies including safety, conduct, and reporting incidents.
• Maintain attendance records and generate routine reports on participation.
