Job summary

HSAO is seeking a Youth Support Partner in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time role involves peer support, case documentation, and coordinating with a team to empower youth aged 10–20 to achieve goals.

You will maintain regular contact, attend planning meetings, and connect youth with community resources while adhering to HIPAA standards. Requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience, with some evening availability.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively with youth and families.
• Must set and meet personal and professional goals.
• Ability to connect with youth ages 10–20.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly contact with 15-25 youth.
• Establish respectful relationships with youth and family.
• Attend Team Planning Meetings.
• Document case notes on time.
• Support youth to access community resources.
• Participate in coaching/supervision time.
