Job summary

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of college are preferred for this role.
• Must pass background checks and complete required trainings (CPI, CPR, First Aid).
• Ability to use a computer and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive work atmosphere and foster respectful relationships.
• Greet and orient youth to program rules and policies.
• Document accurately in logs and daily charts.
• Support safety plans and program policies for youth.
• Assist with program administration and reporting.
