Global Kids Inc. seeks a Job Developer to connect youth with paid and unpaid work experiences under WIOA, helping participants grow professionally. You will build employer partnerships, tailor coaching, and track outcomes to improve placements.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in workforce development, strong communication, and a commitment to empowering diverse youth. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and opportunities for program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in workforce development, job placement, or career counseling.
• Experience with WIOA, DYCD or similar youth workforce programs is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of labor market trends and industry requirements.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments.
• Commitment to Global Kids' mission and values, with a passion for empowering youth.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure employment opportunities for youth placements.
• Network with employers, community leaders, and stakeholders to promote GK candidates.
• Provide individualized coaching on resumes, interviews, and workplace readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing support between participants and employers.
• Maintain documentation for internships in compliance with WIOA and DYCD.
• Collaborate on program initiatives to enhance youth employability skills.
• Maintain accurate records of placements, participant profiles, and partnerships.
