• Prepare and maintain participant documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Assess participant needs to create individualized education and employment goals.
• Develop relationships with participants and community members through effective communication.
• Communicate available opportunities and coach participants toward goals and retention.
• Maintain familiarity with resources for diverse participant needs.
• Assist in program orientation, life skills, and job readiness workshops.
• Engage in team meetings and trainings to improve service effectiveness and metrics.
• Initiate community outreach to increase visibility of services.
• Maintain regular contact with participants to assess job retention and advancement.
