Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in New York seeks a Youth Education and Partnerships Supervisor to coordinate 2–4 newcomer youth programs (World Explorers, Youth ESOL, Mini-NYSA, Tutoring) with planning, implementation and reporting, ensuring alignment with teaching best practices and holistic supports.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in education or related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience working with children and youth in educational contexts.
Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate 2–4 youth programs including planning, implementation and reporting.
Oversee recruitment and supervision of staff and coordinators.
Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula and assessment tools.

Skills

MS Office proficiency

Strong communication

Experience with refugee/immigrant pop.
