Job summary

A community support organization is seeking a Youth Direct Support Professional to mentor and support children with disabilities. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate patience, creativity, and a desire to help kids grow. Responsibilities include teaching life skills, providing supervision, and assisting with daily routines in a safe and supportive environment. Qualifications

• 6 months of professional work experience supporting vulnerable populations required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older per Washington state licensing requirements.
• 6 months of volunteer experience may substitute for professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and encouragement.
• Assist with routines such as meal prep, personal care, and medication administration.
