Job summary

Logan Heights Community Development Corporation (LHCDC) seeks an experienced Youth Empowerment & Diversion Program Manager to lead youth prevention, diversion, and intervention programs in San Diego County. The role reports to the COO and supervises the YED team across CAT, JD, and ATD services.

The ideal candidate will hold a California LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license or a qualifying master’s with BBS progress toward licensure, with at least two years of supervisory experience and background in

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) or a qualifying master’s degree with BBS progress toward licensure.
• Experience supervising a team in youth behavioral health or prevention programs.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed, family-centered services to at-risk youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the YED team across CAT, JD, and ATD services.
• Oversee referrals, assessments, service plans, case management, groups, and program completion.
• Monitor outcomes, contract compliance, and quality assurance; ensure trauma-informed care and cultural responsiveness.
• Coordinate with schools, Probation, law enforcement, behavioral health providers, families, and partners.
• Oversee program data, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
