Job summary

Lifeline Community Services, Inc. in Oceanside, CA seeks a Program Manager, Youth Development to oversee CAT/JD, ATD, and CHOICE programs under the Director of Youth Development, ensuring contract compliance and quality services for youth and families.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with Probation and partners, drive wraparound services, report outcomes, and lead weekly team meetings while fostering trauma-informed, culturally competent care.

Qualifications

• MA degree in social work, counseling, or psychology required.
• Must be licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) or eligible.
• Bilingual/bicultural abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to trainees, interns, and licensed staff.
• Coordinates services with Probation staff, subcontractors, and collaborators.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
• Monitors staff productivity and provides feedback and coaching.
• Prepares staff reviews and enforces agency policies.
• Onboards interns/trainees and coordinates wraparound services.
• Ensures Youth Development policies and contract compliance.
• Coordinates cross-program collaboration and reporting.
• Maintains data and reporting on service delivery.
