Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Technician in Indianapolis to assist children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise clients, support daily living skills, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

Role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to follow training in verbal intervention and care techniques. Training is provided; multiple shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Indiana driver's license may be required for driving duties.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and background checks.

• Supervise and care for clients; support social and daily living skills.
