Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting insurer requirements.
• Background check clearance required; no felony convictions.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, supervision, and support to clients.
• Help clients develop daily living, self-help, and social skills.
• Support positive social behaviors and interactions.
• Follow individual behavior-management plans and crisis procedures.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment and document activities professionally.
• Lead or supervise recreational and life-enrichment activities.
