Damar Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate individuals to join our Richmond, Indiana team as Enhanced Acuity Technicians. You will provide direct support to residents, participate in skills-based treatment, and assist the treatment team in delivering high-quality services.

No prior experience is required; our world-class training prepares you to support individuals with I/DD and autism within a mission-driven organization that values growth and welfare.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years old to work in our Children's Residential program.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting insurance eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals in residential settings.
• Assist treatment team and other staff in evaluating clinical services.
• Perform duties such as supervision, crisis management, and promoting positive behaviors.
