Job summary

Texas Tranquility Estates Inc. is hiring Child Care Workers to join our growing team in Spring/Tomball, Texas. The GRO facility serves girls aged 8 to 17 in a structured, family-oriented environment. We seek caring, dependable individuals committed to helping residents grow, heal, and succeed in a safe and nurturing setting.

Available shifts include 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (weekends), 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with some weekend requirements. CPR/First Aid cert is required.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children or teens is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Candidate must be patient, flexible, dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support residents throughout their daily schedule.
• Assist with transportation to school, appointments, and activities.
• Provide daily care, guidance and encouragement.
• Monitor behavior and respond using approved procedures.
• Complete overnight room checks every 15 minutes when assigned to overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with team to meet residents' needs.
• Help maintain a safe, structured and positive living environment.

Texas Tranquility Estates (TTE) is currently hiring Child Care Workers to join our growing team in Spring/ Tomball, Texas. TTE is a General Residential Operation (GRO) facility that provides care for girls ages 8 to 17 in a structured, family-oriented environment.

We are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping young girls grow, heal, and succeed. Our team is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Available Shifts:

• Sunday–Saturday
• Some Weekends required
• Overnight/Awake Staff
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (weekends only)
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:
