Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas Thrive Girls Academy Round Rock Campus seeks a Direct Care Staff for 3rd shift (11pm-7am and 6pm-2am) to provide spiritual leadership and supervision for THRIVE residents.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and preferred training in childcare; CPR/First Aid is encouraged. You will work with the Campus Manager and LEAD Staff to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of Goddoctrine, and in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement.
• Knowledge of Christian discipleship and mentor relationships.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities-Duties:

The 3rd shift Direct Care staff is responsible to the Campus Managerand LEAD Staff

Work with other departments to comply with all COGNIA & TCUSA regulations

Assist and prepare breakfast for next shift

Laundry and Stock paper products in closet

Check messages on phone write list

Set house alarm/charge cameras

Use the checklist to check supplies

Search for contraband in rec room, living room, and dining room

Check: air filters, light bulb and water container

Administer discipline as is necessary according to THRIVE policies

Minister to students as opportunity arises and/or during scheduled sessions

All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Manager

Requirements

Qualifications

Preferred:

• 30 hours of training in childcare or related field (Provided by THRIVE)
• Maintain First Aid and CPR certification (Certification training provided by THRIVE)
• At least 1-year full time ministry experience
