• Criminal background check required; CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Experience with Boys & Girls Clubs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to creating a positive climate for youth development and success.
• Plan and implement activities addressing physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs.
• Monitor safety and supervise members; enforce club policies.
• Support YDPs, volunteers, and staff; fill in where needed.
• Promote program participation and teamwork; may drive as a substitute.
• Collaborate on outreach and events as needed.
• Maintain orderly program areas and supply inventory.
