Job summary

Rawhide Youth Services in Wisconsin seeks a Youth Development Specialist to provide care and therapeutic treatment to residents in our residential programs. The role leads daily operations, coordinates staff schedules with the Living Unit Supervisor, and supports development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

You will maintain accurate documentation to ensure licensing compliance and help sustain a therapeutic culture that emphasizes progress toward treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; but must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of successful experience in a recognized child welfare setting for the population served by Rawhide.
• Completion of Rawhide’s supervised traineeship program.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and therapeutic treatment of Rawhide youth within residential programs.
• Lead day-to-day residential operations and coordinate staff schedules with Living Unit Supervisor.
