Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate activities supporting core program pillars.
• Maintain safe, engaging environments and manage facilities, supplies, and inventory.
• Provide active presence to support youth through coaching, redirection, and positive behavior guidance.
• Collect attendance data, participate in staff meetings, and report program results.
