Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is seeking a Youth Development Specialist I - Float to support multiple branch locations in Texas. The role focuses on administrative compliance, program delivery, and maintaining facility and child safety while providing coverage as directed by supervision.

The position requires travel between branches, strong data/reporting skills, and the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with youth.
• Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be able to pass agency background screens and drug screen at any time.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all required reports and administrative duties on time.
• Collect and manage required data and internal and external reporting; ensure accuracy of data and reporting.
• Comply with all administrative policies and procedures, processes, and controls.
• Accountable for accurate and timely collection and review of membership application.
• Accountable for accurate and timely paperwork, reports, and data entry.
• Accountable for utilizing all BGCGTC communication tools regularly and effectively.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and implement safety practices at assigned locations.
• De-escalate conflict between members and others and ensure a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with front desk/check-in operations.
• Follow all licensing requirements mandated by the State of Texas.
