Job Responsibilities

• Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
• Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence-based and best practice approaches.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
• Work closely with juvenile offenders and their families to identify goals that provide a safe and supportive environment.
• Monitor progress and provide guidance on topics such as employment, housing, mental health, and other matters.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
