Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• CPR and First Aid training must be completed within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license and certification in Food Handling are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise programs and activities for youth and teens.
• Manage administrative duties including calendars and participation tracking.
• Transport youth to various club locations safely.

Skills

Knowledge of federal and state laws and company policies

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to manage small and large groups of youth

Effective communication skills

Ability to establish learning objectives

Education

High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Certification
