Job summary

Bgcaz is hiring a Youth Development Specialist to plan, implement, and supervise programs for youth and teens in our club setting.

You will coordinate activities across multiple spaces, ensure safety, maintain records, and support program operations. The role requires a high school diploma and certifications, with a responsible driving role and duties that include student transportation and program administration.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler certifications required within 90 days.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates programming in arts, gym, and other club areas.
• Manages calendars, lesson plans, testing, rosters, and participation tracking.
• Transports youth to club locations using club vehicles.
• Ensures safety of members and completes required documentation.
• Assists with Federal Food program as directed.
