Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL) is seeking a Program Coordinator in Bathalto, IL to support daily coordination and delivery of youth development programs.

The role assists with engaging activities, supports frontline staff and volunteers, maintains a safe environment, and ensures programs meet BGC standards and licensing requirements. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with children or youth in a group setting.
• Experience providing lead, mentoring, or peer support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver safe, engaging programs for youth.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and events.
• Promote participation and positive behavior.
• Serve as a positive role model and enforce rules.
• Maintain attendance records and program data.
• Report incidents and suspected abuse per policy.
• Support staff and volunteers with onboarding and guidance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with licensing standards.
