Job summary

Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is seeking a Youth Services Coordinator to empower youth and families through case management, crisis support, and engaging after-school programming. This role supports up to 75 youth, helping families navigate resources to achieve educational, career, and personal goals.

Responsibilities include mentorship, literacy and social-emotional learning programs, coordinating family enrichment activities, and building partnerships with diverse families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate in health/human services field or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with case management or direct youth services.
• Experience working with youth affected by mental illness, chemical dependency, or homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents to support well-being plan sessions for families with children birth-18.
• Provide follow-up support to address concerns and navigate resources.
• Plan and facilitate after-school programming for up to 15 youth (K-5).
• Facilitate groups for youth in grades 6–12.
• Coordinate on-site activities and field trips.
• Partner with community resources for guest experts on various topics.
• Maintain accurate documentation (case notes, incident reports, program evaluations, attendance).
