Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz County is seeking a Youth Development Professional for the Live Oak Clubhouse in Santa Cruz, CA. This part-time, seasonal role focuses on planning and delivering engaging programs across Education, Social Recreation, Creative Arts, and Physical Education, aligning with club standards.
You will mentor youth, supervise activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment while supporting program evaluation and records.
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs within a designated Clubhouse, such as Education, Social Recreation, Creative Arts, and Physical Education. Plan, develop, oversee implementation, and supervise programs and program staff.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz County (BGCSCC) supports local youth by providing safe spaces filled with enriching programs and caring adult mentors who foster a sense of belonging and connection. Our programs focus on academics, recreation, art, music, career exploration, health/wellness, and character development for youth ages 6-18.

Compensation: $17.00 – $17.50 / hour
