Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz County is seeking a Youth Development Professional for the Scotts Valley Clubhouse. The role supports planning, delivering, and supervising a broad range of youth programs in Education, Social Recreation, Creative Arts, and Physical Education.

Responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs within a designated Clubhouse, such as Education, Social Recreation, Creative Arts, and Physical Education. Plan, develop, oversee implementation, and supervise programs and program staff.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz County (BGCSCC) supports local youth by providing safe spaces filled with enriching programs and caring adult mentors who foster a sense of belonging and connection. Our programs focus on academics, recreation, art, music, career exploration, health/wellness, and character development for youth ages 6-18.
