Job summary

Prospect Park Alliance seeks a dynamic Manager of Youth Development to lead the organization’s youth development strategy. Reporting to the Vice President, Public Programs & Volunteer Services, you will create and implement a Youth Development Framework that aligns programs, partnerships, and pathways for youth engagement across the Alliance.

You will oversee opportunities for about 40 high school students annually through Park Youth Representatives and Woodlands Youth Crew, expand internships

Qualifications

• Education background and relevant experience in youth development or workforce development.
• Experience building partnerships with schools, organizations, and government agencies.
• Strong ability to design, implement, and evaluate youth programs and pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Youth Development Framework and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Develop recruitment strategies and partnerships to expand youth employment and internships.
• Coordinate programs, track outcomes, and report on impact to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align youth initiatives with organizational goals.
• Support grant reporting and program evaluation as needed.
