Job summary
The YMCA in Brooklyn is seeking a Teen & Youth Sports, Arts, and Movement Director to lead and implement enriching programs for teens. Responsibilities include staff management, program development, community outreach, and ensuring safety and well-being of participants. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education or Social Work and several years of relevant experience in youth programming.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience working with teens/youth.
- Minimum of one year of experience facilitating youth sports, arts, or movement programming.
- Knowledge of AS400 and budgeting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management and implementation of youth programs.
- Recruit, select, and supervise staff.
- Ensure health and safety of children in the program.
