Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years' experience working with youth in a youth program setting.
• Must have two years' supervisory experience administering youth programs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-based leadership to support positive youth development and outcomes.
• Ensure licensing and funder requirements are met; maintain program data and records.
• Assist the Program Director in hiring and supervising all program staff.
• Schedule meetings with staff, partners and key stakeholders to ensure services are delivered.
• Maintain required logs and program databases and ensure up-to-date documentation.
