Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Six months of experience working with youth.
• CPR, First Aid, and Child Abuse Prevention training or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to plan and lead age-appropriate activities.
• Experience with diverse populations.
• Ability to pass state/local background checks.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and supervision of children.
• Guide positive behavior with positive management techniques.
• Lead fun and meaningful activities.
• Model YMCA values in all interactions.
• Support daily operations of program space.
