Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, supervises members and evaluates activities within a program area.
• Supports program outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship.
• Oversees special programs/events and may provide supervision to other Youth Development Professionals.
• Builds professional relationships with Club members and families to advance The Salvation Army’s mission.
