The YMCA of Greater Hartford in Granby, CT is seeking a Youth Development Director to oversee youth and family programs, Youth Sports, Teen Programs, and day camp operations. Under the Executive Director, you will lead program delivery, supervise staff, and manage the department budget.

You will build strong community relations to grow enrollment, develop new programs, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with association teams to maintain quality services.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising and managing staff within a YMCA or similar setting.
• Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling abilities.
