Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of youth development programs and staff.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with OEC, licensing, and safety regulations across sites.
• Coordinate with schools and community partners to promote programs and increase enrollment.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance of the department.
• Lead program quality initiatives and safety audits across sites.
